    hi Steve, I have a Alvarez Yairi dy72 signature 12 string - ball park, same shape, bridge and headstock decal - mine is cedar topped / mahogany B/Sides (laminated) as all were except the top of the line xx 90's something or other.
    It's an excellent guitar I choose after trying many new and used '12'ers - the second hand price was very attractive but not my reason to buy it.

    looks about right BPF, nice guitar. Mines although a very different instrument in terms of materials and configuration shows tell tale signs of this series being well thought out design - the neck and the sound are superb, they are a viable quality alternative to 'the usual suspects' of the market, particularly if your not swayed by 'brands'.
