Got two of these pickups with a guitar I bought recently... both seem to be identical physically. They come in at a little more than 14k on the meter and the poles are HUGE, kinda like a Rio Grande Muy or something. No markings of any kind on them... they have white and black wires.

They were installed for sure before 1995 so their at least that old... they are pretty heavy and don't look cheap, but who knows.

    Any ideas??

Reminds me strongly of the Duncan Quarter Pound.

EDIT: Yep, 14.8 k for the staggered version on the SD site.

NP. I received one in the neck of a nice EBMM Silhouette in around '95 and remembered the kind of shriveled rubber texture and plus-sized poles. Bonkers output for a real single, but it was a bit brash. Might have killed in a bridge position.

Right on.... I'm thinking of trying it in the bridge of one of my Strats, although I don't like how it's uncovered so I can't use my mint covers. Ha.

    Thanks again!
