I'm always curious as to what is out there besides the big boys so help me put a list together! A link to their website would be cool too! I'd love to hear about some of your favorite smaller guitar and amp builders out there - the "mom & pops" of the industry. I feel like most of these companies are putting out some of the best amps and guitars money can buy but it's impossible to track them all down. Now is your time to share your favorites!

I'll start...

Shaw Audio - www.shawaudio.com

Kevin Shaw is making some killer amps over in Nashville and he's a class act to boot. I'd love to grab one of these eventually.

Strong guitars is on Facebook and a website with full demos, pictures etc is in process. They were a quiet hit at NAMM and amazing to see in person and play, sound and feel amazing!

Joe B owns one and Vince Gill has two.

Nice. I like his build style, very unique but not too far off from traditional designs that it feels out of place. Cool stuff thanks for sharing.

Alan Phillips; Carol Ann http://www.carolannamps.com

Bill Landry; Landry Amps http://landryamps.com

Have a 50 watt Triptik and EL34 OD2 from Alan. Simply terrific amps.

My Landry LS50M is completely unique and awesome. Incredible bang for the buck IMO.

Both men are musicians and you can tell by the way their amps are built and sound. And they are always available to answer questions or share their knowledge.
