It's an old Fender guitar serial L54042 100% original with its original case. I would like to sell it but please help to give me an idea on its price. Many thanks !!!

Should be around a '64.

You need to check the date on the neck.

If it is indeed real, you got yourself a really COOOL guitar, and a really PRICEY one to boot!

Look on Ebay for 64 strats. You'll find them from 15K to 35K USD depending on conditions, color, etc.

Check Gruhn's guitars, Elderly instruments, Hoboken guitars, etc. for comps.

If it's in good shape, with original electronics, and original case, it should be worth more that 12k usd.

According to the Vintage Guitar Price Guide, a '64 in excellent condition is worth $23 - $28K. Get some help on this - don't make a big mistake.
