So far, i have made research on mics, and seems like the MXL 990 ( not combo ) will do great for vocals and acoustic guitar. But i don't know much about audio interface. I made some researh and the avid fast track solo looked like a great starting point, and it includes a DAW, which would make it easy for me.
    Would that be great ?

I have the M-Audio M-track, and it's okay, but doesn't have enough gain in the mic pre's for vocals.
If I had to do it over, the Focusrite Scarlett gets good reviews.

Not sure about others, but the M-track is powered by the USB, which means it doesn't have a lot of juice for mics.
I'd get an interface powered by wall current next time.

I really like the Focusrite Scarlett - I have the 18i8 - which is over your budget. But the 2i2 would be in your budget. Really depends on what you want to do with it as well.
