Help me with my GAS

So, I just picked up a 68 CPR to use as a clean amp/pedal platform. Prior to this I had only been using a Blackstar HT-5RH. I love pedals, but up to this point don't have many around, due to moving about the country for a few years and the constant flipping of gear. My initial thought after purchasing the CPR was to sell the Blackstar to fund a pedal or two for a dirt tone from the Fender. I was looking at a DLS MKIII and the new Rockett Archer. I know they're both very different pedals, but that's kind of the point.

My question here is do you guys think I'd be better off keeping the Blackstar and using that as a dirt tone (either with an ABY or something similar) or would I get just as good/better tone from some pedals? I will say the Blackstar has way more gain then I've ever used, never taking the gain knob up past 10:00.

I can simplify the question to, should I keep the Blackstar for my gain sound and amp switch or go to the Catalinbread into the Princeton?

Gigging isn't really on my radar right now. Mostly recording and home noodling. The rare jam but those are few and far between.
