So I take my daughter to a cheerleading competition today at Bishop Kearney High School in Irondequit NY. While I am muling around I am looking at the various years of hall of fames. I think it was 2002 Henry was made a hall of fame alumni that year. Way to go Henry. Never knew you were a local boy from Rochester, NY....

As far as I am concerned, any reference to "Henry" without a last name automatically defaults to Rollins.

I'm a Rochester native myself (McQuaid alumni), although work has me living in the midwest now, and I too am curious. Are you referring to Gibson's Henry J.?

Not gonna happen. He's too busy cutting corners on Gibby geetars. That means he rides in a limo to all the 5 star joints.

Exactly. I didn't figure Rollins for a Burger King kind of guy, either.

    LOL!

I get it. After Henry the VIIIth had Ann Bolyn's head chopped off he went to Burger King and became Burger King, then he bought the Gibson guitar company and made processed maple fingerboards. And it all was controlled by a computer in Rochester, NY.
Disclosure...nothing against maple here, my fave is a one piece Fender maple neck.

Also, played in a band years ago that spent a little time in Rochester. Remember the locals taking me to a BBQ place called Smitty's. It was real good and...unique. Our sauce is boss. Think it said that on the menu sign. Unless I'm confusing it with a place in Chicago. That and Gennie Cream Ale, and gray skies.
