When I heard the first three notes of the melody I thought ......oh no Chuck not that please !!! But its such a fantastic arrangement and your playing is so so good and melodic. I think its my favorite clip I,ve heard here. That needs to be on a CD. You guys have a supreme talent. :AOK

Chuck, that's so open hearted playing wise, A lovely lesson in phrasing, and an absolutely joyous feel. I'm with Bub.

Whenever I see your name or Johns on anything I know I'm in for a treat. A partnership and I'm creaming myself!

Gorgeous playing and phrasing. Essence of Larry in places, yet with that wonderful distinct phrasing that is so you. Outstanding!

    Chuck and John,

Thanks for making my day! True music does that for me every time. Unfortunately I don't get as often as I should considering the amount of time I spend listening.

    Cheers,

    Thanks for listening and commenting!

Ha, that is so funny......"oh no, not that!" LOL......
Thanks Bub, I would be the same way probably, but John's arrangement is just sooooooo killer! I was smilin' at times playing this.

Thanks Mike! The arrangement is pure joy and groove and I thank you about the phrasing. It's all that's needed sometimes.

Thanks Woody. Larry who?........LOL Ya think? I hear it too. I do remember listening the the Dan stuff oh, I don't know....5 or 6 hundred times! Good ears!

What a cool thing to say, thanks Mats! I love making someone's day. Playing guitar over John's track made my day!

    Thanks for listening guys!

You guys are right at the top of the game I want to play in some day. I'd rather listen to this than any Larry I've heard in years. I know - blasphemy - but props where they are due.

Both of you guys turn stuff on its ear soooo well, while keeping it "girlfriend friendly".

Amazing stuff Chuck! Really digging the arrangement (awesome reharms) and your ridiculous touch and phrasing. John is the master. Btw, you need to get with me about NAMM. I booked the Portofino again.....
