    Have had various CD reincarnations of this album. The mono box is near unbelievable, especially for those of us who never owned a record player.

    Like A Rolling Stone may very well be the greatest song of all time. It is this morning, anyway.

    I do, too. Just don't have a SACD player. Sometimes I think about hunting one down just to hear Blood on the Tracks.

    A dear friend gave it to me in mono on vinyl for my birthday last week (along with a vinyl of reissue of London Calling-another thread topic) and I agree: it is truly one of the finest albums made. My favourite song ever this morning is Desolation Row.
