Hey TJ, that's really cool. For those of us who have not yet ventured into the world of Facebook and Myspace, are the lessons themselves also available or accessable on YouTube or via a standard website?

If not, I'll have to join the 20th century sooner or later, or is this the 21st?

Hey tdarian the lessons are only available on the site which is a fb site. You don't need to have a fb account to go to the site. The store is on there also. I know what you mean man. Technology is sometimes hard to keep up with. Thanks for checking it out!

Its sad that: WHAT BAND SUCKS THE MOST has 7 pages in 6 hours and this only has 12 posts on it. I don't listen to this genre much but I was FLOORED by your playing and style. It's so clean and fluid. Great stuff man. I'll definitely be heading over to the FB site to check it out. Thanks for the post.

So TJ, what level of proficiency do your videos begin at? Can they take a beginner/intermediate skilled player or someone unfamiliar with a genre but with decent general chops from beginning to "proficient"?

    Tdarian,

Yeah man the lessons I have are all broken down lick by lick very slowly and come with full tabs and backing track. What I really try to convey to the student is that learning these licks/style/modes, etc will open up so many doors for the player/student to vision the fretboard differently than they have been. I explain in detail how I envision the modes/shapes that I use in a basic "cliff notes" kind of way. Seems to connect more with people who aren't "theory" and are "theory" savvy.

These lessons are not for beginning (learning your first G chord) guitar players but are for as you stated "beginner/intermediate skilled player or someone unfamiliar with the genre" Taking a player from beginning to proficiency all depends on the determination of the player. But to answer your question, yes I do believe that if someone studied and practiced the information on these lessons that it would most definitely make you proficient in that style.

Again thanks for checking it all out. You guys are really cool!

    TJ

Lspaulsp I'll try and slow it down next time. LOL! Check out the Blues/Rock lesson on the site. If you're into texas blues I think you'll like it.

Rad Skronker: Thanks man. Glad you liked it.

Thanks to all of you who have given this a listen. I appreciate it!
