1983’ under air, but I’m enclosing our Lanai in the next year. Not because we need space but because I’m sick and tired of cleaning it.
    It’s a 3/2 with another 480’ attached garage. We need a shed.

Fortunately the Great room for entertaining is 23x16 and open to the kitchen. The living room and dining room are open to each other and the three bedrooms are on the small size. I like that. The lanai is 15 x 26, 1/3 acre overlooking a valley of homes.

I’m 48 and have 15 years worth of mortgage payments left.

    4 beds· 3 baths· 1600 sqft
    Basement - 2 Car Garage - Yard

TGP - The same with a view of something nicer than my neighbors yards, fireplace, & a pool/spa.

Big enough. Got a decent music room, a few bedrooms, some bathrooms, big deck, etc... but could use a bigger garage. The house across the street is 17,000sq. ft. We're in the same neighborhood, but not in the same "neighborhood", if you know what I mean.

LeBron James was going to make me an offer but decided the house was just too big for his needs.

Is asking how big your house is much different than asking how much money you make ? Lol. Tacky, tacky

My answer is too small (house) and not enough (money) and quit asking rude questions. Bwahaaaa

Real: we bought a 2,500 sf ranch on 1.2 acres ten years ago and have done two additions to 'er since then so it's about 4,000 sf 5 bed / 4 bath not included a covered screen porch we threw on. My "guitar room" in the 5th bedroom (calling it a bedroom is a stretch, admittedly, but hey it's technically a bedroom as it has a closet)...wall of amps and the guitar rack fits in the double-door closet justttttt barely. No basements here in VB...stupid water table.

    TGP: Definitely Minte's place....

I have a TARDIS. Infinite space, can go anywhere and any time, and easy to park.
And unlike a certain, so called "time lord", my chameleon circuit works! I mean, seriously, you're thousands of years old, constantly outsmarting evil empires, and you can't figure out how to fix your ride?

So it looks like a cozy 1200 sq. ft raised ranch to regular humans.

Yes, but a couple of days of doing drywall will take care of all that.

Over the last 15 years we went from a 1 bedroom basement apartment, to a 980 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 1 bath rancher on a tiny lot, and now 3800 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on 2 acres, surrounded by woods.

There are many days I actually miss that little rancher.

The one in LA? It's 1300 sq ft. The two in Florida are 1200 sq ft (2 bdr 1 ba) and 1600 sq ft (2 bdr 1 1/2 ba), respectively, but only one has this view:

I grew up in the shadow of this 52,000 sq ft McCune mansion in Paradise Valley, AZ. Some of my friends lived on the same street, (behind this view) and you had to pass it on 36th st. before they put 32nd st through to Lincoln Drive. Olympic size pool (plus others), 4 kitchens, separate wings for the kids and the "help". As I recall he was an oil baron. On sale now for just $12-million, but the the upkeep is a bitch.

House is about 2400 sq with a largish yard for a development. Downstairs is also finished so it’s probably 3400 but the five rooms are my studio and weight room. Probably won’t be anyone else’s cup of tea when I sell it.
