I've photographed settings at beginning and end of night in the past. I'd adjust as we went; both amp and board.
Also if you're geeking out about settings; it's good to note the general difference between rehearsal space, pub, outdoor gig and hall if that's your typical venue pattern.
WAY more cut on low end with bosted mid for outside as an example in my past.
Notable things are pedal combinations - say a fuzz in front of an octave or maybe how I have my EQ set to enhance a given drive. Simple stuff, but K.I.S.S. is huge in the moment. I used to have to manage one eq across 2 drive pedals and I'd remember to adjust them in prep of the sections of the set.
