How does the Nova's reverse compare to the DD20's?

I have the DD20 and find it hard to use the reverse because of how it does that "cutout" thingy. How I think it should be, or what I'd like, is zero dry signal and just the reverse coming back at you without the hiccups.

How does the Nova compare to it?

nova reverse is much better, I think the nova as whole sounds better than the dd20, the dd20 you can daisy chain power supply and have a loop feature which is nice though.

Good reverse demo on youtube. Sounds much better and more usable than the DD20.

Funny the consensus here, I thought the Nova was a horrible-sounding sterile thing.

Did you have it before the amp or in a loop?
