How to play blazing fast guitar licks

Well, there are several ways to do that of course! But here's how I do it.

I like to use "hammer on from nowhere" technique and also hybrid picking to eliminate string skipping which will allow hyper speed.. . or at least as fast as your fingers can go..pace!
