    I think the cop should have asked him nicely, to surrender.


    Like "come on... Pretty please!".

    That usually works well with dangerous, armed criminals.

    To surprise him like that, before he could retaliate with the high powered rifle.... Well, that was just rude!!!

    It's a good thing that cop is not in the news for writing a parking or speeding ticket as everyone on TGP would be all over him.
