I have a Crate V Series Class A tube amp that I use when I want to rattle the windows. My '07 LP Standard sounds great through it - very Marshallesque. For variety's sake I've been thinking about a second tube amp, and am looking hard at a Fender Blues Jr. I know my Strats will sound good through it. How is it with LPs?

My Blues Jr. sounded great with all of my Fenders and Gibsons- 335's and Les Pauls.
    It sang.

Very good. In fact, when I tried my last LP purchase out, I played it purposefully on a Blues Junior in the store. It does make the LP's sing; gives them definition and character.

There's currently a special edition of the Blues Jr available in relic'd tweed with a Jensen speaker ... worth checking out.

I was just on sheptone.com and was listening to their humbuckers. Their is a bunch of recordings about halfway down the page of a LP into a early Blues Jr.

No problem. I'd say it sounds pretty good.
