Somehow I lost one of the screws for one of my humbuckers and can't find a replacement anywhere! The size is a 3-48 machine screw but I can't find anyone who stocks them. I'd hate to order a $0.14 screw online and pay $5 shipping. Any ideas as to where I can find one? Maybe a local shop?

I had a bucker spring take off into the abyss and was in the same boat - my local shop totally hooked me up.

Otherwise, hopefully, someone here has a spare in their parts drawer and will PIF.

    Good luck

Good luck finding them at a local hardware store. Been there done that... The best luck I've had was going to a local shop that has a guitar tech. Hopefully the tech will have a few extra screws from previous humbucker installs and they will normally sell them cheap.
