I'd go with a PRS SE Custom 24 ($600) , a used Mesa Amp or Bogner Alchemist ($700ish), a Tuner ($100?), a Delay ($100) and maybe a Boost pedal of some sort if there was anything left over?

if it was me...

I'd get some $7-800ish guitar that I really loved.
Then I'd go get a Fender Amp, something 1X12, like a Blues Jr, or a HotRod, etc.
That would blow all of it. Because I've learned that life is too short to spend too little on something you really need and want to like.

I plugged a tele into my TS9 into a Fender HotRod amp yesterday...I was as
happy as a tornado in a trailer park. I'd only add a tuner and a delay pedal to that set up.

simpler is better. I'm learning that if you buy quality, you don't need quantity.
The days when I had 9 pedals...they were all blah pedals.
I have 4 or 5 now, and I'm much happier.

Buy the simplest set up at the highest quality you can afford.
