I have my shop all set up in the spare room in my house because I am doing renovations. I thought "What a great opportunity to bang out a few sweet cabs. There are a couple of guys local to me that do great tolex/covering work. I am not set up for hard wood cabs yet but I will be next year. I have a design I am going to use for a couple 2x12's for myself but I am open to suggestion, I plan on making a couple more to sell.
If you have something specific you need let me know I might be able to hook you up very reasonably.

It will be a couple weeks before I have the money, and that is IF I decide to go this route, but would you consider a head cabinet to fit my Weber JTM45 chassis? It would be in standard black bronco with white piping and a chrome Marshall-style handle.

PM me when you get a chance. Thanks, Ryan.

Would you consider a ported 2x12 in Black tolex? Similar to a Hermida Cab? Thanks.

I can take on either or both of those projects. For the headshell I would need some exact measurments and pics if you have them. Same with the cab. Cabs are a little easier beacuse I don't need to fit them for a chassis that I don't have. Like I said, I am going to build a set of stackable 2x12's for myself and if igure while I'm at it if someone has an oddball head that they want a matching cab for or just has an idea for a nice cab, let me know. I can build one in a day. I think the lead time on getting it covered will be about a week. I am building one this week, I will post ics to give you an idea what I have in mind. In the spring when I have a place to set up my shop tools and leave them set up I will try my hand at hardwood headshells and matching cabs.
