This pedal just called out to me and said, and I quote:
    "Buy Me Now"

    I really like black:drool

I have a Klon coming in about 6-8 weeks too...Hopefully this will give me enough G.A.S. relief for awhile.

Well, at least until I decide which new Delay to go for...Next...:jo

Do you know if that one has the power tap on it?

Power tap, that's a good question. Should have it though...

Man, hope you dig it. Since I got my first Eternity last year, I've never been so pleased with a pedal. It's still my absolute favorite pedal! (And this is after getter a few other highly sought after distortion pedals, which I love too)

Can’t wait to see what you think, it’s a very unique pedal. You must try it in it’s many great functions. Amp booster, treble booster, stacking OD, *distortion into a clean amp*. It’s the real deal man!

And just as many of us were detered by the recent price hike...

I wonder if the finish is the only difference. White, Black, Burst - It don't matter to me, as long as it's got E guts. I thought they were out of production for a while...?

The picture of the Karl had some lettering that said "9v". I didn't see that on the Eternity.

I'm getting a Purple Plexi, so I kind of wonder if the Eternity might be redundant to that.

They are different beasts all-together. The E is more of a compressed overdrive with excellent cut and presence, while the PP is like a thickened up fuzz/boost/plexi thing.

A 'Roadhouse E' is now available at lovepedal.com (limited production, lower price than sunbursts, black box)...

Just that there is no fancy paintjob to worry about kickin' and stompin' on.

So the only difference is the finish? How about the 9V tap?

I couldn't stand it anymore either. I pulled the trigger just to see what it's like. I have a bunch of ODs I need to try out, pick one or too and move the rest. Always wanted to try the coveted "E" though.

Overlooked in the mass rush to pick up the lower priced Eternity pedals is the reemergence of the Karl fuzz (and I think it's also at a lower price?). This has me more tempted than the Eternity, for some reason I've managed to avoid being bitten by the Eternity gas so far (knock on wood). Karl looks like a bad dude.

If anyone finds out if the elusive 9vdc tap is on this E, please let us know.
I am on the edge of ordering an Analogman Sunface, and was just curious if anyone could compare it to the Karl for me?
