Robert Johnson and Prince were not tall guys. Keep the faith.

Neither were Randy Rhoads or Paul Kossof.

    Both HIGHLY respected guitarists.

I've read that Blackmore wanted his Marshall to sound like his favorite Vox AC30, which got me to thinking. If you use a Vox type sim, what settings do you use to emulate his tone?

It's played in 4ths not power chords.

If it weren’t for Blackmore I may not have picked up the guitar until much later in life.

Nobody makes a strat look more badass than he does. And that’s why I play one.

I've never been impressed by either the song or guitar playing on Smoke.

Black Night on the other hand is mindblowing. Never heard anyone replicate what Blackmore does during the solos.

I try to play Demartini stuff and I can't stretch that far. I haven't tried SOTW, note for note, yet.
