I'm looking for something that can give me a good b-3 sound and all around good trem sound...
I've found the boss tremolo pedal, but is there something else comparable? Can it do a Leslie type sound too?

Thanks!

Do you want a leslie or tremolo effect?

I think the Boss TR-2 is a great tremolo, but it doesn't sound like a rotary speaker.

I needed a trem with small footprint and went with the Boss. It's not perfect but it sure makes some great sounds. JHS has a couple of interesting mods for it I believe.

A used Analogman chorus sounds like a great chorus and a great Leslie, but not a tremolo. The Basic Audio Throbby sounds like an amazing tremolo, but nothing like a chorus.

I am not sure what do you need, so:

For cheap and good smooth tremolo:
Boss TR-2 or used voodoo lab tremolo

For cheap quasi rotary sound (fast leslie sound):
mxr micro flanger, malekko vibrato.

For B-3 kind of sound:
something from ehx POG family, EQD Organizer.

Hardwire tr7 fits your description exactly. People will keep randomly naming their favorites or whatever they prefer, but the thing you described is the hardwire 100% exactly. Tremolo and faux Leslie in a single affordable easy to obtain box.

After trying a voodoo labs and a supa trem, I profess my love for my stock boss tr2. I would love something with tap tempo but sonically the boss does it for me where the other two seemed a bit 'sterile' to my ears.
