Dry out you drunk & stop acting like a tool all of the time. Oh, and man up & apologize for you & your brother for treating Sammy & Michael so unfairly. Stop stepping on those who helped bring them the success that they've achieved. What have you done lately that's worth a crap?
Come home quicker from Australia......so I can actually meet the dude (In 2004, we responded to a 911 call in Beverly Hills, after his pool overflowed w mud, then flowed into his house from a broken water main on the hill) Valerie was cool tho
Keep doing what he's doing. Seriously, keep putting out some great guitars and amps and stay off the road. Why force a tour with dudes you don't get along with regardless of who is the bigger jerk? One guy can't sing any more, the other he can't get along with, same for the bass player. Dude's loaded and has income from gear. Well played. If I was him I'd be watching Netflix in my tighty whities all day while hot naked chicks serve me crispy bacon and dark beer. (not that I have given this particular scenario any thought, mind you LOL)
Man, he takes every opportunity to bash and piss and moan about people he's worked with. Except his brother and son. Look around the internet. There is tons if it. **** tons, even.
Just spotted this thread which has a couple of clips of a John 5 concert where Michael Anthony joined the band and did a couple of classic VH songs https://www.thegearpage.net/board/i...ichael-anthony-take-your-wiskey-home.2038099/
THIS. His behavior was very erratic and his playing was BAD. 1979 was the best tour and they were on fire. Haven't seen them since.
What made it worse was taking off from work and dealing with rush hour traffic from Orange County to L.A. on I-5.
I saw Van Halen on every tour from '79-'84 (sometimes multiple times on each tour in different cities) and seeing them open for Aerosmith at the Califfornia World Music Festival at the Coliseum in LA in 1979 is by far the best show I've ever seen them play. I'll never forget that show... Steve
