I wonder if $1,400 is a good deal for an 84 LP Custom?

.... it's in pretty good shape, no dings or dents, but some of the clear is showing it's age. It weighs 12 lbs or better too, but other than that, it's a cool looking guitar. All black and has the flip out tuners. :drink I don't really need a boat anchor LP, but was thinking it could be a fair deal.

For what it's worth, from what I've seen as of late it's a pretty fair price. I'd say go for it!!! Especially if the seller is willing to throw in some "Doans"!!!

Sounds like a steal. I'm sure if you don't bond with it you'll have no problem at all getting your money back out of it.

I wish I could find my '84 LP Custom. It was a beauty. Black w/chrome. It was ripped off. I'll choke the bastard if I ever see him again. That's a bonafide guarantee.

12 pounds!! Maybe if I was 25 again. I am down to a 6 lb SG, but if your back can take the deal sounds good.

You could always sit down like Robert Fripp.
