I'm not a big trem guy, this is the only guitar I have with one, but I'd like it to work even though I don't really use it to much.
This is the trem I have:

the straight sharp edge has a dent in the blade part so if I use it, it doesn't come back to tune.

Can anybodt tell me if I real floyd would drop right in?
If not, any type of trem that would drop in besides another Lo-TRS Trem II?

If you check that link, they outline the other alternatives, which aren't anywhere near as simple:

Go with the Floyd. Its a no brainer here.

That was my first choice (OFR), so I'm glad it's that simple.
    Thanks.

oh, but is the block underneath going to be to long?

this thing lacks sustain, so I assume the OFR will help that also?

I'll look into it for the time being, but I really was hoping that the OFR would fit because I wanted the D-Tuna option.

You can file the knife edge, but I personally wouldn't put to much effort into that trem. A TRS isn't going to be worth much of you time. I'd just plop in the Floyd. Your call, of course. :)
