Yes they are. I can add they’re stereo and unbalanced.
    Mon is pre-fader, FX post.
Don’t use channel 1&2 XLR inputs for your fx because they have phantom power always on. use TRS jacks instead.
Is there anything else you want to know?
    Btw, that manual sucks!

Ok things now are gettting complicated.....Krk or Jbl ......?!

Which cone dimension? I play in a 3 x 6 meters room, im used to guitar tube amps and they are too loud for my space....

Id want to know other than Bass response and i think of course fidelity, which cone dimension to consider in my room situation and considering also my final target....Eventide Eclipse device.

    Thnx

    Hi hydro,

Well in my country italy,1000 $ for an eclipse it seems rellay hard to find one....

About eleven rack and modeling(im not really an analog man, way flexible)......since my transition from pedals to rack.....i've looked at Kemper, Helix, Axefx and i get stuck! Because when i choose pedals its easier to a/b to choose the one suitsnwell for me , than auditioning those really complex tonality that digitals devices produce im sure i will be never fully satisfiy.
Sansamp it seems to be , price wise, the most budget and used device for drive.

Also i dont want to get stuck, like you said before, about routing chances, so mixer is the priority....
Vlz are nice.....is there any mixer like vlz that has also a good audio interface?

Budget is to get the eclipse as soon as i can, considering that i want to listen to it the best i can, with affordable house/studio solutions

    Hi ejay,

I play and tweak, its easier to stay stand with in front a rack than a mouse...keyb...video monitor......

Too many many many choices of good modelers.......

I bought mine a couple of years ago from a dude in Pavia for 900€. Put an alert on MM and be patient.
Where in Italy do you live?

    Thanx italo,
Yes its been a while since a look @ mm , youre pretty right at usual, but for now i will follow your suggestion......i need a good mixer and then some good speaker

May i ask you a favour.....
I have this little preamp box...
    http://www.shift-line.com/manuals/TWIN_mkII_bf_EN.pdf
Id like to understand if it is good to go in a mixer line level....
The point is that manual says OUT is line level
While Record Out don’t say line level, just that is good to go direct into Pa or record devices,
But in the manual it seems that the OUT is 10 db loud than Record Out

Finally is it good for my future use in a rack system

    Thanx fo your time

Hardly to believe this thing sounds like a Fender Twin on a single tube but it may get somewhere close to it.
I haven't really ever heard anything sounding like a Twin in my life... except for a hand made amp (€€€€€€€) made by a great tech in Rome... many years ago.
The Record out isn't line level in regards to peaks but it can work pretty well. You may help it a little with the mixer input gain, depending on how loud you will set the Master level, but I believe you won't need it... just keep the Master out high.
I wouldn't be worried at all about it.
The normal output is definitely hotter but you have no need for that kind of level. It'll be fine.

    Ciao italo ,

    Grazie,
Never played a twin....but this device is the best, pedalboard freindly, pedal platform i ever tried, suited my needs well , aux in, headphones..ecc.

Now i want todig the rack philosophy....

I follow your suggest and lokk for a mixer, vlz 8 channel is the choice there is also a mackie 802i with a aufio interface that seems not in production anymore , what do you think?

    And......buon nataleeeee

Not sure I'd go for it. MONO channels number is too small. I try not to use the stereo ones as their Aux Sends are summing channels.
I'd go for a larger mixer and add an interface in time...
Make yourself a BIG Christmas present... try to play a real Fender Twin Reverb... if you are lucky.... a mid '60s one with JBL speakers.
If you haven't played a Twin it's like you haven't made love in your life. Gotta try that!

Looks like Lucky Music in your city has a 1965 reissue Twin in house. You may try calling them... just spend some time playing thru it and fill your ears with... TONE!!!

Ok, even if im a jcm guy,
It is too loud to take in any consideration,
You know what ill tank you for the suggestion and in january ill check it out

So the vlz 8 or 12 are the choice.....just to ask you , is there any similar device almost in the same price range, to take in consideration, without being stuck with routing adding in the future new devices?

    Thanx ,
    Hey bibarasse where u from

So ive to plan how many devices i want.......to get the right mixer before

    Lets say

    Guitar
    Preamp od
    Delay
    Reverb
    Big Muff
Im used to play the combination in series of those pedals in that order but combined only the first 3 and last 3 pedals

Im open to,ideas to at least achieve this tone or other bravier solutions

    Merry christmast paesa'

If all of those are pedals... I'm not sure I'd go for a line mixer....
nor a line level preamp would correctly interface with those other pedals, particularly the delay and reverb. You need to tell what you have.
And it would be gtr > Big Muff > Preamp.

    Ok, right,
Those are my pedals stacked wirh my tube amp, i just wanted to tell you how much i like an od after the reverb, you are the right person to ask to...about routing
Based on your suggestions now i would go for

    Guitar
    Sansamp
    Mixer
    Eclipse
Later a lexicon pcm.....dont know which model, seems that an 80 is good enough

    Ciaoooo
