If you can buy or borrow a small telescoping inspection mirror, with a flashlight, take a peek into the sound slots and see if there's a hidden maker's mark or label. Many builder's make some form of identification in marking pen on the underside of the top.
It sure looks like a hand-made guitar from some small maker. Hard to tell from the two pictures, but it doesn't quite look like a "professional" job. Maybe a project from a beginning or apprentice luthier? It doesn't look like any kind of prefab parts, like you can buy from Warmoth or other kit manufacturers, it actually looks like someone built it from scratch.
