....let me see a pic!

I'm going to repaint a Strat soon and it will be some shade of Green. I'd like to see what's out there to help make a decision. Any shade of green will do, but I am kinda thinking Sherwood Green. Thanks!

What shade of Sherwood? Fender pretty much calls any metallic green by that name, now.

This is the "Sherwood" that the FCS uses now; it's also the version used on the Adam Clayton bass, and maybe on the Marr Jaguar (when it was available in green). I like it a lot - it's probably my favorite version of "Sherwood", but it's not the original '50s color. And it's not as 'dark emerald' as the color they used on the '62 Hot Rod Strat.

The photo shows it a bit more 'blue' than it really is, and also a significantly darker (I find that to be pretty universal with Wildwood's photos).

I would suggest you consider Ocean Turquoise, with either a tort guard, mint, or aged white

I don't have one, but I do have an OT Jazzmaster

Here's a few examples I found

I like that...a LOT

What's the color called?? It's on the tip of my tongue.....Moss green, maybe?
I have no idea!
It's a late 80s-early 90s standard strat.
I was doing some work on it yesterday and noticed it is more grey under the pickguard!
