Ilitch Pedals? Anyone?

Hey, I stumbled across a Guitar Player review article and they reviewed an Ilitch pedal. Not that I endorse GP, but I have never heard of this brand, and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on it, or maybe get some people interested. The pedals seem different and cool.

Ilitch Electronics is the company/inventor behind the successful SSC system from Suhr, so I'd like to know more about their pedals, and what their MAMP design overdrives sound like. Unfortunately I can't get the MP3 samples on the site to work. Can anyone else? Tell us what you think.

Just tried it on another PC, and it works OK there. The sound sample is uninspiring: it sounds like standard raspy high-gain. Shame.

Has no one been talking about these since 2006? Anyway, I got to try one of these while Ilitch installed a noise cancelling system on my Strat. It was the Blues version(less gain than Classic). Very responsive and open sounding to me. Plenty of sustain and complete clean up taking the guitar's vol down below 7 or 8. I was very impressed and it is now on my list to compare with Barber, VFE, Analoman, and Tim/Timmy. Only have played KOT and the Ilitch so far and I think the Ilitch could do the low gain thing plus the high gain thing.
