Saw and played one yesterday. I'm in love. I'm going back today to pick it up. They are really well priced, played great. I've got 3 to choose from too. All Gold ones.

Anything I should know before sealing the deal? You have about 7 hours!

    Good times. Buy it.

The Electromatic line is really good, and damn affordable. You'll enjoy it. They're awesome sounding, they play well, and they look great.

I used to have a regular production Silver Jet, and I have to say there is a certain something that the Gretsches have... You're going to enjoy that thing :D

Plays great. Such good value. £310 after I get the tax back. Have to take it back to Oz now...

Those Electromatics could easily cost more. I'm looking very hard at the single cut version of that very guitar. How are the pickups? What amp you using?

Only tried it in the shop. Fender Mustang. I've never had a filltron equipped guitar. I have a DRRI at home, I'll be back in Australia in a few days!

Can't wait. Hope it acclimatizes alright. It's ****ing freezing here in London.

A little reverb and trem should sound lovely. I miss having a Gretsch. This one MIK or MIC?

MIC. Apparently the pickups are pretty well respected on the gretsch forums. Not many bad things said about the new electromatics in general. I can see why now.
