I have a Mesa LSS. I like it a lot. It's worth $1200-1300. There's an amp out there that few have seen or played. Would cost $900 used. Retail close to $2K. Very little market for it as its virtually unknown. Should I buy and try?

I need an answer very soon and will go on the advice of those here. :RoCkIn

If you think you would like it, go for it. However it seems that the amp market is soft right now, meaning you will either have to fire sale amps you are trying to sell or sit on them until the right offer comes along. That's a generalization, as some amps always have high demand. I say go for it!

Congrats, looks cool. 6V6s are great tubes and that's a great, useable wattage! You'll have to give a tone report after you get some hours on it!

I would have kept the LSS. That's a fine amp with a lot of range and very reliable. However, I hope you enjoy it and let us know how it sounds.

I still have the LSS. The new amp is going to have to really shine to get me to sell it. That said, several have indicated the IA is a really super combo. We'll have to see.
