This was a quick clip from rehearsal tonight showing a hard rock/heavy setting. Not at stage volume as you can tell by the string noise. Captured with an iPhone 6+ and built in mic.

    Gear:
    • Kemper (non powered)
    • ISP Stealth power amp
    • Splawn 2x12 w/Celestion Creamback 65's
    • Mammoth Custom Les Paul

Switching between the Gear 1 OD 2 profile and the Gear 3 OD 1 profile.

    Friggin' amazing, JerEvil.

Great playing, and the Kemper sounds absolutely fantastic through your Splawn 2x12. :beer

    Hey thanks!

The profiles are all available on the Kemper Rig Exchange. Just search for "JerEvil"

There are Studio and matching DI profiles so you can make merged versions. That's what I am using in this clip. I merged the profiles for the proper cab separation.

Yes sir, one step ahead of you my friend. I already downloaded and am enjoying the heck out of the DI profiles. I voted with enthusiasm, on Rig Exchange.

I am "Tritium", on the KPA forum. What can I say...I like my Hydrogen isotopes. :)

Yes, JerEvil was kind enough to upload them to the Rig Exchange. Just do a search for "JerEvil".

Ah yes! I know the name! Not as familiar with the isotope though…

THanks guys. Glad you like the clip. Get those profiles and put them to work! Looking forward to making more in the newer future.

Sounds great JerEvil. Can you tell much difference between the KPA and the real amp when using the Direct Amp or Merged profiles?

I really can't Tim. If you remember, I was hard pressed to tell a difference at your house. I actually just listened to another in-room clip captured with the iPhone I did about a year ago with the actual amp and I honestly think this sounds better! LOL!

A friend on another forum is going to send me his Fryette Power Station to try out with the Kemper so I am REALLY excited.

    Thanks!

Thanks C-4! The guitar I had built by Ron Estrada from Mammoth Custom Guitars. It is a neck thru Les Pul Custom. My brother passed a few years ago and was THE worlds biggest Zakk Wylde fan. He always wanted a neck thru custom so in his memory I had this done.
