    Very nice place here!

Been playing since I was 11.....1966....sounds a little ridiculous! Should be a good player by now!

Played rock and roll early...country and older "country rock" (Earle,Byrds, Burritos, etc.), mostly the last 20. Tele's and simple gear. Both of my sons are respectable players and active in the music world...I'm very proud of that!

Been thinking about a few new pedals to enhance what I'm doing these days, so I found this unbelievable wealth of knowledge and information.

I hope to be checking in frequently and I know this is gonna be helpful (unless I get carried away with my search for new gear!).

    Thanks for the site!

    Doublee,

I used to spend a few weekends in Oxford.....'71, 72,...my cousin went to school there. Used to go to the bar and listen to the bands and drink too much 3.2 beer. Had a blast...I remember one band that really impressed me...I think it was called "feather stitch"?

    Welcome to TGP.

Any of you Hoosiers fans of Left Lane Cruiser? I've been listening to them a lot lately and figured I'd ask. They hail from Fort Wayne I believe.

    Welcome Kim...
Another Hoosier here. I'm from Indy originally (southside)...now live in South Bend.
I also have lotsa family from around (and west of) Bloomington.
I spent many a summer/fall weekend in and around Brown County State Park.
And a Great Aunt of mine had a nice home on Sweetwater Lake.
Seems there's a guy around you that writes articles for ToneQuest Magazine. Know him?

    Great hearing from you all!

jpervin, I get down to the Princeton/Evansville area every now and then. If it's the right time of year, I always bring back a some melons. Best around!

TFRED, went to school at IU. Still my main town!

TNJ, I know a few people at Sweetwater, nice place too. As far as the ToneQuest thing, no, I didn't know that....I don't subscribe, should though...one of these days...do you know the person's name?

    Thanks!

Lived in Fort Wayne for 5 years.

Loved the city and the people.

The long, grey winters...not so much!

    Take care
