Interface recommendations

I've been looking at upgrading my interface. Currently I just use a Lexicon Alpha but now that I'm getting more serious about recording I want something better. At least 4 inputs would be good, and firewire. Im using a pc windows 7 and Cubase 5. I looked at the Steinberg unit but too expensive for me right now so something in the $500 range would be good...

Have you looked at the Presonus FireStudio interfaces? I haven't used them but they looked like about the best thing out there in that range when I was shopping for interfaces...

I have the Firestudio mobile. Ten inputs, MIDI in/out, headphone out w/level control. $300. Good bang for the buck.
