Is bologna the worst lunch meat?

    I personally like it sometimes (but I'll eat almost anything in moderation).
    I know it's the devil and full of chemicals and preservatives but dang if that fatty taste chock full of lips and a*$holes doesn't just please my 'white trash' palate sometimes... :munch
    There's a jalapeno version that I like also...

    anyone?

    I'm not sure any lunchmeat is really good for you. That said, anything in moderation.

    Had two bologna and provolone and mayo sandwiches on Italian bread for dinner last night. Nothin wrong with that. One of my all time favs since I was a kid.

    Oh yeah. I certainly wouldn't make it a staple, but it's got it's place.

    I don't know if liverwurst is considered lunch meat, but it makes bologna look like friggin bacon!

    That settles it. I was planning on making pasta carbonara with ham, but I'll make it with ham AND bologna.
