Clearly, Eddie's designs and color schemes were WAY ahead of their time and have legs ...
When he's got his own bobblehead, then maybe he's a contender...
When did Les Paul have an ENTIRE line of products and his own company? Ed OWNS EVH brand, regardless if FMIC or Dunlop produces his products. Les was an endorser. Get it now?
Les Paul owned his name and logo.
There is no evidence that Eddie owns any more than that. Lots of conjecture...
Les Paul was still nothing more than an endorsement deal. PERIOD. There is plenty of evidence that Ed owns his designs. So sick of defending a jerk, no matter how talented.
He doesn’t own any of the guitar designs. The only one he has trademarked is the sawed Destroyer.
Amps? He didn’t own the peaveys and the Fenders don’t appear to be a different situation.
The pedals? I don’t think so
Notice the wording, compared to a company Fender doesn’t own, like Gretsch?
He owns the p/u's, the graphics, the headstock, etc...Sheesh.
What is your trip?!?
Now he owns the Strat headstock, too?!
How much money does he have?! Owning companies, buying other companies’ most valuable assets!
I’ve not yet resorted to emojis.
Never said he owns the strat shaped headstock. The Wolfgang has a strat headstock?
That’s a great point. The manual for Wolfgang lists the unique headstock as a trademark of ELVH.
There is no mention of Fender’s headstock trademark on the Frankenstein. It is noted that the stripes and EVH name are trademarks of ELVH.
Do you know why the strat’s headstock is not mentioned?
Because it’s not EVH’s company licensing from Fender, it’s Fender licensing from EVH for the company they own.
Take a deep breath, relax and please point to the place on the doll where the EVH touched you ...
These are kinda interesting and at least worth a mention on this topic ...
The EVH @$$L!ckers are the only ones getting bent out of shape.
My new VH cover band name.
You gotta admit, it was a pretty quick trip from “he owns the company”, to “he owns the the headstock”
It’s like I suggested Santa Claus isn’t real, or Wrstling is scripted, Or VH are all best friends and live and jam together in a big house in Pasadena.
