While I'm no Bogner amp aficionado, can't you kind of get there with the Bogner Red Ecstasy? I had one for a second and felt like it did that Bogner "modded high gain" thing pretty well...maybe others will chime in on this one...

I think the closest thing MIGHT be the forthcoming La Grange.
Since it has more toggle options now than the original prototype from NAMM 2014 (including what appears to be low/med/high gain options), this might be the 'in between' pedal that sits in the middle of a Blue and Red.

I think you're both right. The Shiva has a vintage medium gain grind so those might be the answers though the La Grange isn't out is it?

I set my XTC Blue pedal to Blue, 20th, gain just about full, bright 1.

With the 3 EQ knobs, you can get it very, very close to the EL34 shiva sound. A lot closer than the red.

To my ears, the 100 mode on the pedal sounds the most "XTC" like out of all the settings.

Agree, but I would add that most of the time I need the boost on with the Blue to truly get into Shiva territory, and it sounds most like a Shiva into a big iron amp. 50w minimum, or you don't get that big iron sound.
