Is there a phaser on the drums for "Kashmir"?

    sounds like they flanged it after they recorded it dry

    I'm pretty sure it's phasing... though some say flange was used...

    Sounds like the whole track was put through a Phase90... :) Joking of course. My vote is for phasing.

    At that period of time in studios they sometimes did a flanging trick of using a finger to move the 2" tape slightly on the 24 track machine's head(s). Phasers like the early Maestro sounded narrow & rather cheesy.
