I don't see anything that looks wrong in the pics.

Looks to be a late 70's to early 80's LP and legit. Only way to really tell is with pictures of the back to see the neck joint and the bridge to look for slotted screws.

Looks real to me. Usually, a giveaway are the number of screws in the truss rod cover. That one is correct.

Looks real to me as well. Great buy. Wonder if it's stolen ? Who sells a 9 out of 10 LP Standard for less than 1K ?

if it is a fake, it has a back that would be a Gibson jealous. That is one nice piece of 'hog. Looks as good as the historics does now

:agree It's a one piece body. Why the low price ?

Looks like more than 1 piece to me. Look at the left side where the control cavity cover is, the grain changes right along that line.
Not that it matters I prefer multiple piece bodies.

they have been using 2 screw truss covers for 1-2 years now

look for 'wings' on the back of the headstock, like this:

    and fret/binding nubs:

    real Gibsons have these

No, it doesn't - looks like a late '80s, early '90s. Headstock is too small for a '70s/80s model.
