If it's made from Korina (Limba), I would possibly consider this.

Might double as kitchen cutting board if you flipped over!

Good layout and positioning of the controls. The headstock match the body and looks like an extension of the original moderne design. Wonder if the strap button positioning is practical.

You guys do know that I was semi-kidding around with this right? :p

Of course, as soon as I joke about it, it will become a reality. ;)

I'm sure I've seen uglier guitars, but I can't remember where. That made me throw up in my mouth a little.

First off, I like the Moderne design. Joke aside, I like the reverse Explorer - it works for me. Reverse Moderne? That thing just wouldn't stay on your lap - evern the reverse V would work better for that.

It wouldn't fall off any different than a normal flying V.

The more I'm staring at this goofy pic... the more I like it for it's absurd quirky-coolness. :D

Put that little rubber thingy (technically speaking) on the bottom like on the V's.

On second thought, that didn't work so well on those either. :huh

Instead of making it reversed, just make both sides curved.
That could be cool and it would stay on your lap.

    working...

    OK, here I am.

    a) that's not a reverse Moderne, this is a reverse Moderne...

a double sided crecent moon would not work, I try sitting with the regular Moderne that way, and the guitar sits too far back. it is still more comfortable to sit with a Moderne, like you;'d sit with a V, although the crotch of the Moderne is not as deeply cut as the V.

still works. it would work as well in the version proposed at the beginning of the thread

if they do a reverse V style reverse Moderne like my mess above, I dunno. that would be one uncomfy guit-fiddle

but I'd still really really want one.
