Isolated 12v Power Supply?

Hey there. I need to power a T Rex Replica delay. 12v 113 ma. Is there a single one spot type power supply out there that runs at 12 volts? Thanks.

you could probably pick one up at your local radio shack or similar type store. or on ebay.
