Are there any TGP faithful considering going to this show at Rhythm and Brews?

Not every one's cup of tea, obviously, but he's keeping the power trio format burning brightly, I'd say.

Would love to see J.D. tear it up on Wednesday, but I'll have to wait till he gets a bit closer to home (NE Ohio). His shows are "don't miss" opportunities for any fan of rock and roll IMHO. HoB in Cleveland needs to book the Simo band.

If you were in the Chattanooga area and missed this show you missed something truly special. The band played their hearts out for all of about 25 of us.

J.D is one gifted and gracious dude. He was even nice enough to hand me his 'Burst.:beer

Cool. Wish I didn't have such a long workday today or I'd have been there. Being a grown up is overrated.

I was there- it was incredible, no ****, incredible. And he truly is a gracious and cool guy. He was happy to talk to us after the show. As mentioned above- there were only 25 or so people there, and it was a total sausage fest. he didn't let that hold him back one bit.

Sounds like a good time-he's obviously a helluva player.

He kind of looks like Eric Stolz in Mask in that pic!

Nothing happened to him, did it?

He's paying his dues, but I think something might break for him this year. I hope his new CD hits big and is produced well.

He's opening for Gregg Allman 03/14/15 in Toledo.

Thanks for the updates guys. I wanted to go but my buddy from work bailed ("I thought it was tomorrow, dude." He didn't even look him up on YouTube. Where's the priorities, man?). And, my wife said she would go, but I didn't want to keep her out late. Plus, I can barely walk right now. I'm sure I missed a killer, albeit woefully underattended, show.
