What a great performance. Made me smile.
He's very pale.
I missed it- anyone have a link?
Yeah I enjoyed it. Played the EVH and a st vincent and did some tapping!
I never watch SNL, but I saw the listing and DVR'd it just to watch him. I'll have to watch it now.
Damn, missed it
So, I liked the guitars. That St Vincent is sexy!
Since I never watch SNL, is that the setup for bands? It seemed like he had everyone else squeezed into minimum space in the background, but had plenty of space for himself.
And yeah, tapping.
Behold the magic of YouTube!
Woah! Very good!
Sounds like this pedal on the first track.

Wow. Jack, you've changed man. lol
Dude still owes me a truck.
Channeling Mr Zappa!!!
With about 1/100,000th of the talent perhaps.
I like Jack, but he isn't even in the same plain of existence as Frank Zappa. Or Dweezil for that matter.
Love the Raconteurs. Some of the Stripes.... nah on this project.
That song didn't do it for me ...
His voice is an acquired taste which I will never acquire.
Really cool main riff in the first song, and the vocals are cool for the most part. But his guitar tone is awful and the vocal section where he doubles the vocal line on guitar sounds stupid. That riff would sound so much cooler with a thick, heavy tone vs the thin transistor radio tone he chose.
Jack White is a conundrum for me. I really like some of his stuff, but oftentimes he ruins an otherwise great song by trying too hard to be weird/different.
Did not like the first track, Really liked the second.
Three microphones, three humbuckers, three backup singers.
Stuff got real ...
