Saw this on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. Can anybody identify that midi trem looking system he's got going on here? What is that? I think I've seen him use the bar for like a stutter effect on other performances. Going to see the Racs in DC in three weeks, can't wait!

Nice, but a partscaster. I’d offer him no more than $600.

My initial thought is that it’s a B-Bender because of the line that he’s playing.

Looks like a double Palm Bender type bridge

According to this Premier Guitar interview it's a Hipshot B-Bender. Some great tones in that performance and he's not being too Jack White, which is nice occasionally.

It does look like that, thanks. That might be the base of it. The reason I also think there is some midi aspect involved because it looks like it has some sort of wire attached and I’ve seen him do a sort of stutter/clipping effect by hammering on it.

    This for D and G...

... and a B Bender Tele (B Bender activated with levers attached to the horn strap button).

Looks like there's a kill switch on the control plate between the knobs, which may be what you've seen.

Very nice. I most appreciate him when he's not the whole show.

    Absolutely not.

And I’m a big Raconteurs fan, loved the White Stripes, I think the dead weather have some great stuff, and even really enjoyed Jacks latest solo album.

So in summary, looks like a B-Bender Tele equipped with a Hipshot E and G-Bender and an interrupter switch to mute. Thanks TGP, figured that out quick!
