Saw him warm up for the Crowes this past summer... I really dug him. Him, Chris Robinson and Bob Weir all did a version of Dear Prudence... that was fantastic.

I saw him at a theater here in Bozeman before he joined with Phil Lesh.

It wasn't my cup of tea, with the Dylan look and Dead music, but the crowd sure loved him.

Saw Greene for the first time (2004) when he opened for Los Lobos as they were recording their live DVD at the Fillmore in San Francisco. Blew me away. I think he's one of the best songwriters working. Check out the earlier CDs: Rusty Nails, Gone Wanderin', Sweet Somewhere Bound. Really mature music.

It took a minute for him to grow on me, but he definately has. I love the tones he gets out of his SG Custom, and the fact that he even uses an SG Custom is pretty bad ass to me. I plan on picking up some of his stuff, the songs that I have heard are great.

Jackie is excellent. Saw him not too long ago in Indy. I won all his albums. He pulls from a lot of great influences and manages to be very successful at blending them together. I think my favorite of his records was Gone Wanderin'

He was out with Gov't Mule pretty much all summer. There are quite a few clips of him playing encores with them at youtube.

He used to play a dive called the Blue Lamp (Sacramento); my wifes room-mate at the time was the bartender. We've seem him a bunch. Great talent, nice guy.

A couple years later, Buddy Guy did an "acoustic" show where Jackie opened. There was only one standing ovation......and it wasn't for Buddy.

I saw him this past Sunday opening for Govt. Mule, he was great. It was the last night of the tour and both bands killed.

Saw him open two weeks ago and was really impressed. Saw Grace Potter and the Nocturnals open last night and she's a rock star!
