Janglebox & PP2+

First post here. I've got a new Janglebox (original flavor) and Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+ power supply. I have the reverse polarity (white end) cable for the center positive Janglebox. No joy with this arrangement. If I plug the battery in to the Janglebox it works fine until I also plug in the reverse polarity cable. I'm baffled at this point. Any suggestions?

Is the PP2+ dip switch set to normal? Is the Janglebox on outlet 1, 2, 3 or 4?

The Janglebox should be on a power outlet by itself. No other pedals on the same outlet.

Ok, then it is probably the cable or the power jack. You can test the cable with an ohm meter to determine if there is continuity on each conductor.

If you find that the cable is okay, then contact Janglebox about the problem.

I do have 2 of the reverse polarity cables and neither works but I'll test em out just the same. Thanks Jack.

Same issue for me with the DC Brick.
Not sure if I just don't have the right power cable.

I have the original JangleBox, runs fine off a OneSpot with the reverse polarity cable. I don't have batteries inside.

Ive used the onespot polarity reverse adapter cable with a PP2 for years. Works great.

Was a solution found? I have the exact problem. Two Jangleboxes w/ PP2+ and ISO5 - reverse polarity (white barrel) cables. Both setups work w/ JB on battery but not with either cable. TIA
