For those who are interested in Jeff Senn's guitars, it looks like he's making a leap of mass-produced faith with the Model One. Not saying that's a bad thing, in fact I think it's kinda cool:

I saw someone ask about a possible hard tail version with Eastwood in the future and Jeff made it sound like it could maybe happen in a future run/build.

Just placed my order. Can't believe they did these in lefty too. If anybody's still on the fence there's 7 days left till the order closes out.

I love that they put the jazz style trem on it (cause I'm comfortable with it) but the pickups on the original model were the main thing that attracted me to the guitar... I'm sure the Eastwood ones sound great, but yeah.

Well, I think they know that no matter how good the stock pickups are somebody's going to want to upgrade them so they went with standard PAF size pickups to make it more appealing. Plus including the custom Lollars that Jeff uses on the USA versions would probably double the price. Novak and the Creamery both make PAF sized goldfoils if you really wanted to go that route.
