whoa you can't just like come right out and SAY it
Wild Ass Guess
Josh has his panties in a twist over me making a joke, so I'm out.
Will this be a available only at sweetwater forever or will it just start there?
Quoted to emphasize the irony pointed out here. LOL. "He better not have cloned a clone or by golly we will revolt!" The laughs here are worthy of the skimming to find them. But seriously, great post^ and so true.
I don't wear panties and I am the furthest from having them in a twist. I can spot a good joke but at the same time I will do my best to clarify for those who don't. ;-)
It's not derogatory because no one cares but it is certainly humorous to many of us to point out such things. There are, of course, many who don't find it at all funny to poke the bear. And that's okay too.
I'm hoping it can cop the guitar sound of "In a Big Country" by none other than the band Big Country.
On a serious note, I'm interested in this pedal.
(Not interested in the JHS Indictment Kool-Aid)
EDIT: I see someone beat me to the punch on the Big Country shenanigan. Apologies.
So if this is a tweaked Expandora, how is it "100% designed...." etc. by JHS?
Looks like a cool pedal, haters gonna hate.
One of the first pedal promotion videos I've seen with the player air guitaring.
boah, the never ending JHS-is-cloning-and-doing-bad-things-story. Get over it. It's boring. Or do I miss the fun part? New challenge: spot the clone and never, ever talk about the product or maker anymore -> end of TGP.
yeah man, need moar!
that's one seriously versatile pedal... makes me want to try an expandora now
Odds are good I'll have this eventually.
(1) I love Delirious
(2) I gravitate toward JHS dirt
(3) I've always been intrigued by the Expandora but never played one in person.
I thought the same thing. I was like what the ? He's not even plugged in, they could have at least stuck a cord in there for looks.
But then I thought, What's the difference? If it's just a cord not plugged into an amp, why even bother?
I've never heard of Stu G. Any relation to Gus G?
Well, now I've seen it, and though I was wrong about what was cloned, it's still a clone, and you're still selling it as 100% your own design, so maybe try some perspective on the whole thing.
It still sounds pretty sweet, and I may try it some day, but let's just not get too carried away with the self-righteousness of your own "creativity" here...
Sometimes I wish everyone around here would just shut up and play their guitar.
dang. that demo sounds pretty darn cool. I was supposed to be set for dirt.
