    Hi Frank,

Tone was very good for that kind of tune. The playing was good enough for any tune!

    Cheers,

GREAT Frank ...really GOOD tone.. it is easy to guess it come from your special and personal vibe touch and not only from guitar or gear. Excelent playing, creative soloing with cool use of tremolo. Saludos amigo!

I like the lead tone as well. Does the compressor contribute to that type of lead tone?

The speaker are are original 25 watt greenbacks in a 1970 marshall slant cab. The pickups are 1968 fender strat pickups. The tube screamer drive is 0 and output level 1 o'clock. Carl Martin compressor has all knobs at about 1 o'clcck.

Great tone and playing Frank - the compression is perfect. Compressor and single coils are made for each other.
