Great video. One of the best sounding Strats I have ever heard.
^^^Damn good groove, playing, singing.
Crushin' it all the way around. Sounds great.
Love the Delaney/Dominoes vibe.
3 way switch taped for bridge/middle?
edited to add Delaney
Just to clarify...in the Howard Stern studio, not on the Howard Stern show.
I was going to say, I don't see JB sitting on a Sybian any time soon
Sounds and looks like it... it looks like he didn’t want it to go to the bridge only.
Any else notice the SRV strat on the wall?? Interesting
EDIT - I would definitely go see a show of his with that type of lineup!
No denying Joe's talent. But this is something I can sink my teeth into. Love the groove, back round vocals. And quite frankly, Joes vocals have improved. I heard Howard talking about Joe and Fred talked him up. Fred is a big longtime fan. One of the many cool things now about Howard Stern is he gets the tidbits, facts, the thing you don't know and want to about your favorite artist. SO Fred knows Joe opened for BB when he was 16 and he was a prodigy.
This is, by far, my favorite thing I've heard from Joe. Fantastic!
One of the many Howard Stern Phenomenons.
Enjoyed listening to that.
I wish I could make a strat sound that good! Is the tone in the tape?
Joe wasn't blessed with a Steven Tyler voice but Joe has kept improving his vocals.
The grove - they are all so locked in!
I'm a fan. JoBo is one of the hardest working performers in the music biz ... if not the hardest working.
Following him on Instagram is a hoot, like when he heads on out "safari" searching for and buying collectible guitars.
The juicy quack tone. Love it.
It just seems like he isn't trying too hard here, just singing and playing. I always felt he "forced" the vocal earlier, or was just trying too hard before.
I thought this was great, kinda unexpected.
Joe's day will come sometime with a huge exposure hit
